Acne Pimples

It is very important that the pimples not be expressed or “popped” around raw psoriasis scales. The openings created in the skin when the scales come up can provide another potentially serious entrance into the skin for the bacteria.

It is not a bad idea to contact a dermatologist if you have a child with psoriasis before they hit puberty, so you can both be prepared for such a situation.

Psoriasis is not contagious, but can present a potential problem for those with both psoriasis teenage acne pimples. By carefully avoiding making the pimple problem any worse, you can avoid compilations. Such compounds as salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide are sometimes used to make pimples go away faster, and don’t seem to irritate the psoriasis, thought the outcome varies widely from individual to individual.
